The Builders Are Busy Again

Wednesday. The builders who made my academy are making something else. They will not say what. They will not say where. They smile when asked, which is how I know it is something good.

The story that began in the Headmaster’s sanctum carried on to my academy by the sea, and now, it seems, it will go somewhere further still. Several apprentices have asked whether it will be another school. I genuinely don’t know. I would be glad of colleagues.

The sorcerer, I have no doubt, will soon be demanding that the next chapter star him. I mention him only because Corvus asked what all the fuss was about.

Hollis has offered himself to the builders as a consultant on corridors. They have not replied, which he is choosing to take as a yes.
